Summary

Moffatt Anderson, BE DipCE FSASM SM FIEAust, was Deputy Engineer-in-Chief, Engineering and Water Supply Department, South Australia. Earlier in his career he supervised the designing of the Morgan - Whyalla pipeline scheme, the Mannum - Adelaide pipeline, and the South Para Reservoir, and the design and construction of the barrages on the Murray River, near Goolwa.

He was active within the profession, and in the 1950s chaired the committee that investigated and reported on rainstorm and flood intensities in South Australia.
