Summary

Eric Shaw MCE FIEAust MInstCE was the chief construction engineer for the Eildon Dam project, 1949 - 1955, for the State Rivers and Water Supply Commission, Victoria. Earlier he supervised many other major works including the embankment of the Hume reservoir; Lauriston, Rocklands and Cairn Curran dams; and the Torrumbarry and Mildura weirs.
