Summary
The Prime Minister's Prize for Innovation recognises innovative translation of scientific knowledge into a commercially available product, service or process with economic, social or environmental benefits. First awarded in 2015, it is one eight prizes awarded as the Prime Minister's Prizes for Science: the others are the Prize for Science, and those for Life and Physical Scientists of the Year, new innovators, and excellence in teaching at primary and secondary school levels.
