Summary

Eric Reynolds is Head and Professor of Dental Science at the University of Melbourne. He led a research team that developed a milk protein derivative called anti-cariogenic casein phosphopeptides (ACPP), the only agent other than fluoride known to inhibit dental caries. In 2017 Reynolds was awarded the Prime Minister's Prize for Innovation.
