Summary

George Weickhardt was Chief Draftsman, ICI Australia Limited, Ammunition Factory, Victoria. Through his keen interest in history, and the history of engineering and technology, George became a prolific researcher and produced many published journal articles and research papers about pioneering engineers and their works in Victoria. His many research papers and unpublished manuscripts are held by the Royal Historical Society of Victoria.
