Summary

The Department of Environmental Protection [2] was founded in 1994 when the Environmental Protection Authority [2] (1987 - 1994) reverted from a department to a statutory authority becoming the Environmental Protection Authority [3] (1994 - ). In 2004 the Department of Environmental Protection [2] was abolished and replaced with the Department of Environment (2004 - 2006).
