Award Pawsey Medal (1967 - )

The Pawsey Medal has been awarded annually by the Australian Academy of Science since 1967 to recognise outstanding research in physics by scientists up to 10 years since they completed their PhD. It recognises the contributions to science in Australia by radio astronomer Joseph Lade Pawsey, FAA.
