Summary

Harry Foxall, BE HonFIS AMIEAust, was a consulting engineer and a prominent member of the surveying profession. He was the editor of "The Australian Surveyor", contributing many articles, and wrote the book "Handbook for practising land and engineering surveyors" (1957. 2nd ed, 1970).
