Summary

Engineering professor Andrew Samuel researched and educated at the University of Melbourne from 1969 to 2007. In the 1980s he established a highly productive program of research into kinematic design and robotics, which he led until his retirement in the early 2000s. He also authored textbooks in engineering design including Make and Test Projects in Engineering Design (2006).
