Summary
Dr Rana Ellen Munns is an internationally renowned plant scientist with specialist knowledge in the science of crop adaptation to drought and salinity. She joined the CSIRO Division of Plant Industry in 1981 and in 2011 was Chief Research Scientist there. She is Emeritus Professor, School of Molecular Sciences, ARC Centre for Plant Energy Biology, University of Western Australia.
