Summary

Frank Daniell, AMIEAust, was in charge of production and a director of Kraft Walker Cheese Company Pty Ltd, from 1936 until 1951. About 1935 he invented a new process for the production of dried whey products, and from 1929 to 1960, he registered a number of patents associated with improving food production.

During and after the Second World War he took a leading role in promoting greater diary food production in Australia.
