From their Web site, January 2003: "The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne (RDHM) provides emergency, general and specialist dental care to Pension and Health Care Card holders at subsidized fee levels. RDHM also has the vital role of supporting the education of dental professionals in Victoria."
