Summary

The Macquarie Worsted Group (known as Macquarie Worsted Ltd) manufactured fabrics from their Albury factory. It was delisted from the Australian Stock Exchange in 1983, but in 2006 was still registered, as Macquarie Textiles Group Limited, with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission. Prior to 1957 the company was called Amalgamated Textiles (Australasia) Limited which was formed in 1923
