Summary

Mount Isa Mines Limited was established in Sydney, in January 1924, by the efforts of Douglas MacGillivray and William Corbould, the former a publican and the latter an engineer. A 1970 restructuring of the company led to the replacement of Mount Isa Mines Limited with MIM Holdings Limited.
