Summary

Federal Funding was used in 1989 to found the Centre for Advanced Materials Technology (CAMT) which is a National Key Centre of research and teaching in its field. CAMT draws on the facilities of Monash University's Departments of Materials Engineering, Chemistry and Physics.

The OHRM has been maintained by Gavan McCarthy since 2020.
