- Description
Retiring President's address by Senator John Dunlop Millen, MP MIEAust, to the fifth Annual General Meeting of the Institution of Engineers, Australia. (Sydney, 4th March 1925)
- Abstract
I have been labouring with some uncertainty in an effort to determine what would be most suitable as a subject for my Presidential Address. Shall I read a text, or shall I sound a key note? Perhaps either, or both, would be in harmony with the meeting. My one desire is to give every possible encouragement to those who seek to serve the best interests of human development, and to widen the boundaries of engineering usefulness.
