Summary

Myrmecia: news bulletin of the Australian Entomological Society Ltd (ISSN 1323-6032) has been published by the Society since 1965, originally titled News bulletin. Myrmecia was added to the title with volume 25 (1989). The Society's aim in producing the bulletin was to keep members informed of items of interest in the entomological world. This includes reports on research, Society events and activities of state societies, conferences, and news relating to members. Myrmecia is now published quarterly, both on the Society's web page and in association with Austral entomology, the Society's scientific journal.
