- Abstract
This publication, Pintupi Country, was originally developed as one of three parts of the complete Kormilda Science and SOCE Project. - An Indigenous Perspective on the Earth Sciences. The other two publications are Gunditjmara Country and Gunbalanya Country. This project was initially designed to be taught as a continuous semester-length Earth Sciences unit. Teachers may, however, choose to pick various topics from each book and use them to develop a curriculum more specific and sensitive to local needs. To assist teachers with using this textbook, tables linking the content with both the National Science and Geography curricula are enclosed.
