Abstract

This abstract from the report of Mr. Mackay, who has only recently returned from an American tour will be read with interest by all electrical engineers. His comments on large boiler units, as well as large generators, show the tendency of modern power plant installations. His conclusion is that there is plenty of room for improvement in the principal Australian stations.
