Abstract

Mr. H. J. Vogan graduated at Sydney University in 1916 with first-class honors and medal, and joined the staff of the University as Lecturer in Civil Engineering. He has been lecturer continuously since that date, with the exception of the years 1918-1922, during which period he was in England as a Walter and Eliza Hall travelling fellow in engineering. At present he is Acting Professor of Civil Engineering during the absence abroad of Professor Miller.
