Summary

John Dickinson spent virtually the whole of his working life with Berger Paints at Rhodes. He joined there in 1938 and held a number of key positions in laboratory management culminating in Technical Manager and an Associate Director, a position he held for the last 15 years of his career. His first main job was with Lever Bros (c.1936-1938) after studying chemical engineering at Sydney Technical College.
