Summary
Henry Maxwell Lefroy explored the Yilgarn, Coolgardie, Merredin and Johnston Lakes districts of Western Australia in 1863. He had arrived in the Colony in 1841 and took up land at York. In 1854 he became Superintendent of Convicts.
