Summary
Horatio Wright, one of the best-known doctors of inner Sydney, was an enthusiastic member of the Royal Society of New South Wales. His interests included micro-photography, astronomy, physics and sanitation. In 1874 he observed the transit of Venus with H.C. Russell.
