This firm was separately incorporated in New South Wales and Victoria in 1907, with Edward as governing director in New South Wales, and Henry managing Victoria. Edward took an active interested in elecrical engineering, and carried out numerous contracts, including many for the Sydney electric tramways, and the installation of the Dunedin electric tramways. He was a member of the council of the Electrical Association of New South Wales, and was a vice-president in 1906-7.
