Quantum chemist
Amir Karton is a quantum chemist whose research is on the application of quantum chemical methods to challenging problems in disciplines from nanochemistry to biochemistry. He has developed methods of accurately calculating the energetic and spectroscopic properties of molecules. Karton is Association Professor in the School of Molecular Sciences at the University of Western Australia.
