His Our insects (1934) was designed mainly for teachers but included many of his original observations. In 1928 he donated a collection of Neuroptera to the CSIRO Division of Economic Entomology, while a larger collection of insect specimens was deposited with the University of Queensland Insect Collection where it constitutes a large proportion of the collection.
