John Bardsley & Co, later established Bardsleys Ltd (joint Managing Director, responsible for research and analytical work), Assistant Departmental Head, Refrigeration Gas Section, Commonwealth Department of Supply during World War II, accountant after World War II till 1960. Pioneer member, Sydney Technical College Chemical Society, President 1930.
