<abstract>Sir Henry Egerton Barraclough was Professor of Mechanical Engineering and later Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Sydney 1915-1941. During the First World War 1914-1918 he administered the Australian Munition Workers Scheme in London.</abstract>
<p>War service as censor with Intelligence and in charge of the Australian munitions workers in England and France.</p>
