<abstract>Pigment Manufacturers of Australia (PMA) were established in 1961 to produce red, yellow, green and blue pigments and dyes for colouring paints and printing inks. The Post-war housing boom resulted in an increased demand for all industries associated with building. PMA ceased operations in 1990.</abstract>
