He was a medical student at Monash University at the time and worked in the summer vacations. Some items post-date this period and document the subsequent history of Bass Strait oil and gas fields. Digital (pdf) copies of some of the records are held in the Encyclopedia of Australian Science and Innovation Library (archive). Some of the published items have been registered as 'Published Resources' [see below]. Included is a draft book typescript, with annotations by Krins, of Robert Murray (1987), "The Bass Strait story: A history of the discovery, development and production of the oil and gas in Gipplsand 1963-1986 by Esso and BHP" [unpublished] 215 pages, 5 pdf files; and the first 8 pages of the report "Esso Gippsland Shelf-1, Victoria: Well completion report" by Esso Exploration Australia.
