Established in 1953 the Entomological Society of NSW Inc publishes an annual journal titled General and Applied Entomology as well as a members newsletter Tarsus. The organisation also hosts regular meetings with invited guest speakers as part of its aim to promote entomology and the dissemination of entomological knowledge.
