Biographical entry Wright, Peter George
- Industrial chemist
Peter George Wright, of the Sugar Research Institute in Queensland, developed a direct contact heater in which juice is rained into direct contact with steam in a vessel similar to a condenser. He reported on this work in 1979.
Completed a PhD at the University of Queensland in 1971 on the topic A Model of Industrial Sugar Crystallisation.
