Summary
J. O'Dwyer headed a team of ten Australia Post Office engineers who spent the years 1969-71 in Belgium assisting the Bell Telephone Manufacturing Co. of Belgium to design software for a Stored Programme Control system of trunk exchanges. The first exchange was in service in Sydney by 1973.
