Biology teacher, Rutlich Grammar School, London 1966-68; Research Assistant, Zoology Department, University of New England 1972-74; Teaching Fellow, School of Australian Environmental Sciences, Griffith University 1975-76, Senior Teaching Fellow 1977-78; Honorary Fellow, Department of Ecosystem Management, University of New England 1982-83; Managing Partner, Karuah Partnership 1979-92; Managing Director, Wyndham Pastoral Company 1979-92. Editor, The Emu 1985-88. President, New England Branch, Australian Society of Animal Production 1989. Particular interests in budgerigars and in breeding seasons.
