Summary
Noel Lee Roberts was interested in ornithology and arachnology, associations between birds and insects and spiders, and observations on certain aspects of bird behaviour such as injury-feigning.

Details
Born New Zealand, 28 August 1890. Died Sydney, 6 December 1967. Grew up in Wales and migrated to Australia as a young man. Worked for newspapers and periodicals in Queensland and New South Wales, including The Land, a weekly journal published in Sydney. He worked both as a journalist (mainly on rural topics) and on the business side. President, Royal Zoological Society of New South Wales 1943-44.
