Hardcastle & Richards (H&R) is a consulting engineering company which was first established in Melbourne in 1952. It has since expanded to have offices in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane and Broken Hill. The company appears to have ceased operation: in February 2006 no trace of Hardcastle & Richards could be found on the Australian Securities & Investments Commission's National Names Index or in the Australian Yellow or White Pages phone directories.
