Summary

The Division of Molecular Science was created in July 1997, to replace the Division of Chemistry and Polymers. Industries such as medical, pharmaceutical and chemical benefit from research and development activities undertaken by the Division. In 2005 Division of Molecular Science merged with the Division of Health Sciences and Nutrition to form CSIRO Molecular and Health Technologies.
