Provides details about the proposed awards to be created from funds transferred to the Institution of Engineers Australia, from three foundation societies:
* Electrical Association Premium, from funds from the Electrical Association of Australia, Victoria;
* The prize that became the Peter Nicol Russell Memorial Medal, from funds from the Engineering Association of New South Wales;
* The prize that became the Institution of Engineers Prize, from funds from the Sydney University Engineering Society.
